Shipping of your order

Orders are usually sent the next day following the reception of payment and are sent by Laposte (Colissimo) with a tracking number and delivered with signature. For every delivery method, the tracking number is available in your customer account.

Standard shipment takes 4 working days after the order is placed and are a flat rate of 8€ with signature for every order.

Standard shipping is free for every order above 80€ purchase.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend you group all your products in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Package’s dimensions are appropriate according to the size of your purchaseand are carefully packed.

Delivering notice

Orders are delivered by La Poste or any carrier designated by Korean Smooch within 3 working days after the order is placed.

Delivery times are given for information purposes only. If these exceed thirtydaysfrom the order, the contract of sale willbeterminated and the buyer refunded.

Some products or certain order volumes may nevertheless justify a longer delivery period, this will be expressly mentioned to the user when the order is validated.

Non-compliance, partial loss

Products are sent at the delivery address that yousubmitted when you placed your order.

Please note that for all shipments, Korean Smooch is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen package, weather, strike and incidents during the shipping.

Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check the merchandise. Any claims that he intends to make on the condition of the delivered goods must be mentioned on the delivery note (non-conformity of the delivered goods with that ordered, manufacturing defect, transport damage, etc.). If there is no mention on the delivery note, no claim will be accepted after receipt of the goods, except in case of hidden defect.

Return andexchange

We cannot exchange or refund any product declared as damaged during the transport, if your report has been issued after the reception of the package.

Korean Smooch does not accept returns without having previously reviewed your demand. If the product is lost or broken due to unauthorized return, Korean Smooch will not refund your order.

Any product ordered but not received will be owed, as well as the full cost of delivery and redirection with the handling fees in addition.
